Geneyx Genomex and Omics Discoveries announced a partnership last week to advance functional genomics through integrated DNA-RNA analysis. Under the collaboration, Geneyx, based in Herzliya, Israel, will combine its Geneyx Analysis AI-based genomic interpretation engine with Munich, Germany-based Omics Discoveries’ RNA-seq technology. The goal is to offer clinical geneticists an integrated view of DNA, RNA, and phenotype data, allowing them to make faster and more confident diagnoses. The firms expect the integration of Omics Discoveries’ RNA-seq module into Geneyx Analysis to be commercially available within six months.
